Guadalupe Moreno, LCSW
Psychotherapist

SPECIALTIES
Guadalupe is a compassionate, bilingual psychotherapist dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming space for healing and growth. Over the course of her career, she has worked in community mental health centers, healthcare settings, and private practice. This experience has allowed her to connect with people from all walks of life, including children, teens, adults, older adults, families, postpartum mothers experiencing depression, and individuals and families affected by HIV.

Guadalupe believes that every person’s story is unique, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. She draws from a variety of methods, including strengths-based and mindfulness therapies, trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused interventions. Her goal is to help clients navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and rediscover their sense of balance and well-being.

With warmth, empathy, and a collaborative spirit, Guadalupe partners with her clients to highlight their strengths, reframe unhelpful thought patterns, and create lasting, positive change. She is deeply committed to empowering each person she works with to move forward with confidence and hope.
