Whitney Valadez is an Associate Therapist who works with adults, women, and individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the many transitions that accompany motherhood. She provides a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and work toward meaningful personal growth.

Clients describe Whitney as compassionate, approachable, and understanding. She utilizes evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strength-based interventions, to help clients develop healthy coping skills and achieve their therapeutic goals. Whitney is passionate about empowering women as they navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and other issues that impact emotional well-being.

Whitney is dedicated to helping her clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their healing journey. She believes that every individual possesses unique strengths and has the capacity for growth, healing, and lasting change.
